While our hypnotists may have a variety of focus areas, all of them were trained at the only accredited College of Hypnotherapy in the United States - the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Los Angeles, California. They are each active members of the American Hypnosis Association, and have a minimum of 2000 hours of hypnosis and behavioral change-making training.
Tonya Groves, CHt
Tonya has been seeing clients since 2011.
She has additional certifications and training in Pain Management, Weight Loss, Test Performance, Past Life Regression, Athletic Performance; and over two decades of experience managing Chronic Illnesses.
Tonya's specialties include Chronic Pain, Chronic Illness, Athletic Performance, Stress, Anxiety, and Test Preparation.

HOURS: Tuesday & Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-2.pm

Chel Hamilton, CHt
Chel (Shell) founded Columbus Ohio Hypnosis in 2007 and has been working with clients ever since.
She has additional certifications and trainings in Anxiety, Fears & Phobias, Smoking Cessation, Stage Hypnosis, Past Life Regression, Motivation & Procrastination, Emotional Intelligence, and NLP.
Chel's specialities include Anxiety & Panic Attacks, Procrastination, ADHD issues, Anger Management, Perfectionism, and Confidence Issues.
Chel has also studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming with Dr. Bandler; and is the host of award winning "Meditation Minis" podcast with over 100 million downloads.

Jennifer's specialties include Smoking Cessation, Fears & Phobias., Confidence, Anxiety, Motivation, and Personal Development.
She is also the host of the "Tune Into You" meditation podcast with over 1.3 million downloads on iTunes & Spotify.
